Cancellation Policy

Waitlist/Cancellation of Booked Live Class Policy We have a one-in, one-out waitlist policy. The moment someone cancels their reservation,  The Stage Fitness will send an email or text letting members who are on the waitlist for one of our live dance fitness classes that a spot has opened up.  If no one takes that position on the waitlist then an email/text will be sent letting other members know of the availability.  In order to receive any notification of any openings in the live classes, you must have opted-in when becoming a member to receive communication from The Stage Fitness via email or text.  If you are not able to make it to your scheduled live class and you fail to cancel within 12 hours, there is a $5 waitlist fee charged for all classes.  But we also understand if you wake up sick, your or the kids get sick at the last minute, let us know.  We understand that life happens, and we will be happy to discuss waiving the fee.  We must though hear from you before the class begins or a fee will be charged per the policy.
