Membership Cancellation Policy​

• ​30-day cancellation notice required on all autopay packages

Waitlist for In-Person Fitness Classes                                               ​​

• If a class is fully booked, The Stage will an email or text letting members who are on the waitlist know if/when a spot becomes available. In order to receive notifications for class availability, opt-in to receive communication from The Stage via email or text.                                                                                                    

• If you are not able to make it to your scheduled live class and you fail to cancel within 12 hours, there is a $5 waitlist fee charged for all classes.                                                                                                                                       

• We understand that life happens.   If you wake up sick, your or the kids get sick at the last minute, or something happens, let us know.  We will be happy to discuss waiving the fee.  We must hear from you before the class begins or a fee will be charged per the policy.
